CHILDREN & SCHOOL - Need a Boys & Girls Club, held at Community Center of Church. Need a grant to run the program. Need camps for older children. Need a new School W of Highway 707, set aside 10 acres for a new middle school and have Merkel and Tye attend the same School. |

SAFETY: Need street lights & better Police patrol. Mayor Butch Schuman will contact Taylor Electric and see how soon we can be switched over & get new street lights. |

HOUSING: This is a transient community, we need a code inspector. Replat 6.2 acres to 1 acre plat and get funding to build one house. Put in infrastructure. Look at Modular homes. Advertise. When the house has been sold the funds can be turned over for the next house. |

INFRASTRUCTURE: Need streets fixed, garbage and recycling to be more accessible. Continue with the Park & add more trees in phases, fix the baseball field, and eliminate rents for using the ballpark. Need water and sewer lines to the North of I-20, iin phase one bore under I-20, phase two go 1/3 of way and phase three complete project. Long term-Do new sewer lines and redo all streets. |
